1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverages), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during transit.

  • The product received is incorrect (e.g., you ordered Gingerbread syrup but received a different flavor).

  • The product is expired upon arrival.

Note: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Reporting an Issue

You have [3 or 5] days from the date of delivery to report a damaged or incorrect item. Please follow these steps.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [7-10] working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

5. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been opened or consumed.

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
